As the Director of Performing Arts for an international organisation and a casting director for a number studios in Africa and Asia, Justin has worked with global brands, directors and producers to maximise impact of their theatrical event, their cast and their casting process.
One of the most rewarding skillsets that Justin possesses is a unique ability to identify new
talent and bring that talent from ‘the everyday’ onto the stage or screen. Having found
talent for a number of lead roles, his enthusiasm for empowering actors has enabled clients to
expand, develop and effectively grow their brands and directors to enable their theatre productions to flourish.
Justin directs theatre and has been fortunate to direct and produce shows and musicals in all 3 continents he
has lived in - Asia, Africa and now Europe. Most recently directing a series of theatrical productions for aspiring talent and co-directing "F**king Happy End - Cabaret Insurgé" in Les Dechargeurs Theatre, Paris.
Not limited to being behind the lens or backstage, Justin has played a number of lead roles on
screen and in the theatre. Quite simply, his professional approach
to projects and his passionate way of dealing with people has enabled great success across
the field. One particular acting role that resonates with him involved a 15-metre high winch,
a harness, and a mechanical bear. You may draw your own conclusions.. or simply catch it in

Justin also has an extensive library of voice projects for a number of organisations including the BBC,
UK Health and Safety Executive, Lego, Rolls Royce, Microsoft, A4e, Ponds, and radio stations.
His distinct, subtle tones are yet another facet to the skills he has acquired throughout
his creative life.
